Grind and Seal is machine grinding concrete to desired exposure of aggregate finished with a coat of Acrylic, Epoxy, Polyurethane or Solvent based sealer. A non-slip option is also available for outdoor areas such as garages, ramps, walk ways and alfresco's. The Grind and Seal process is a more cost effective style of polished concrete.
Grind and seal does not have the life long durability like RRD. It will need to be re-sealed every 3-5 years depending whether it is a high traffic zone.
PROCEDURE:
Grind concrete to expose desired amount of aggregate, grouting pin holes as needed and sealing.
